Marketing Director

Overview:

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Marketing would be responsible for defining and implementing strategic and tactical plans designed to generate leads and improve brand recognition. The Director of Marketing will build brand awareness, provide a steady flow of sales-ready leads and measure the return on marketing program investments. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of digital marketing, be self-motivated, resourceful and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job​ ​Description:

  • Providing overall direction and strategy for PurpleTalk’s marketing initiatives to promote its products and services.
  • Creating annual marketing strategy, budgeting and projection of marketing expenses and ROI.
  • Managing the overall annual marketing budget across various marketing channels.
  • Optimization of marketing spend and performance across multiple channels.
  • Work as the brand custodian for [x]cube LABS and other PurpleTalk brands.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of all marketing collaterals for [x]cube LABS.
  • Formulate SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email and Display advertising strategy for various websites owned by PurpleTalk and manage the execution of such strategy from start to finish.
  • Formulate content strategy with effective use of blogs, whitepapers, infographics, through social platforms and other channels.
  • Plan and manage implementation of email marketing campaign for [x]cube LABS, PurpleTalk’s service and consulting brand.
  • Periodic review and analysis of various campaign/channel performance and compare them against predefined KPIs and ROI objectives.
  • Participate (speaking engagements, sponsorships, networking, display booths) in industry conferences and Meetups for effective networking and brand promotion.
  • Manage and execute PR initiatives for [x]cube LABS.
  • Participate in short listing, selection and finalization of vendors and agencies for marketing services for [x]cube LABS.
  • Work with team managers in identifying training requirement, schedule and organize training for the team.
  • Assess resource requirement, conduct interviews and finalize hiring for marketing team across PurpleTalk offices.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of experience in marketing, with at least 6 years in digital marketing and minimum 4+ years in managerial role.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing both at an execution level as well as at a strategic level.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords. Knowledge of other paid search platforms expected.
  • Considerable understanding of SEO and up to date knowledge on current SEO trends.
  • Experience and understanding of Social Media channels, strategy and communication management.
  • Strong understanding of brand adherence and ability to establish processes towards an on-brand approach across the organization.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
  • Should be a problem solver.
  • Should be an excellent team leader and work in collaboration with direct and indirect associates.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in a MAC environment is a plus.

Alliance Manager

Overview

The Alliance Manager will work to build and manage profitable alliance relation with leading MEAP, Cloud, Analytics and Data visualization, VR/AR platform vendors on behalf of [x]cube LABS. The Alliance Manager will play an important role in developing and managing the company’s relationship with third party technology companies.

Job Description:

  • Identify, plan and establish alliance relation with suitable technology providers/ enablers
  • Establish, manage and grow a formal alliance program for [x]cube’s sales organization to help meet and exceed sales target for alliance generated business.
  • Promotes the partnership by leveraging [x]cube’s and partner’s marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute engagement programs with alliance partners.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and sales team to ensure timely and updated training on alliance partner solutions and technologies.
  • Work with internal marketing team to create go to market plans for alliance partner’s technology offerings.
  • Identify, coordinate and track leads through partners and work with presales/sales team to identify suitable solutions.
  • Develop customer and channel facing content such as data sheets,presentations, case studies etc to communicate joint value proposition.
  • Representing [x]cube LABS at partner events, conferences etc.

Requirements:

  • 5 – 14 years of experience   that includes working in a  strongAlliances/ Partner management role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptionalability to create compelling presentations for analyst and media interaction.
  • Experience with creating and building differentiated relationships with partners or customers.
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including  senior level executives in Sales,  Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Support, and Finance.

Director Business Development

Job Location – Dallas / LA

Job description

RESPONSIBILITY 

  • Work remotely from LA and attain territory revenue objectives for the assigned region.
  • Present, sell and build long term relationships with clients from the territory assigned
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from outbound campaigns and marketing activity
  • Identify sales prospects and be able to build a strong pipeline with forecasts.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
  • Nurture prospective leads through engagement.
  • Work with various teams to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Gather RFP’s, RFQ and RFI’s from potential prospects and respond after qualifying them.
  • Provide periodic sales reports to the reporting manager.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Minimum 8-15 years experience in software/IT sales or Business Development, at least 1year in selling mobile application development services would be a plus.
  • Proven track record for reaching revenue targets, negotiating contracts, building client relationships, account management and lead generation capabilities.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling mobile solutions to multiple industry verticals is a plus.
  • Experience working with a mid sized systems integrator would be a plus
  • Experience working with offshore technology teams would be a plus

Job Location : India – Hyderabad, Mumbai & Bangalore

Reports to: Regional Director Business Development

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work remotely from Mumbai and attain territory revenue objectives for the assigned region.
  • Present, sell and build long term relationships with clients from the territory assigned

  • Identify sales prospects and be able to build a strong pipeline with forecasts.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current solution knowledge
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
  • Nurture prospective leads through engagement.
  • Set up Channel partnerships, referral sales.
  • Work with various teams to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Gather RFP’s, RFQ and RFI’s from potential prospects and respond after qualifying them.
  • Be able to come up with solution ideas on the fly and be able to present them to prospective clients.
  • Provide periodic sales reports to the reporting manager.

 Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in software/IT sales or Business Development, at least 1year in selling mobile application development services in the Indian market would be a plus.
  • Proven track record for reaching revenue targets, negotiating contracts, building client relationships, account management and lead generation capabilities.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management skills and high energy level.
  • Experience using CRM is a must.
  • Experience selling mobile solutions to multiple industry verticals is a plus.

  • Ability to work remotely
  • Willingness to travel a couple of times every month to Hyderabad to work with the team, provide and gather updates.
  • Be willing to travel atleast 50% of the time.

Sr.SEO / SEO Team Lead

Job Location : Hyderabad, India

REPORTS TO : VP Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define SEO requirements and recommend site enhancements that increase rank of natural search result listings.
  • Recommend optimizations for site architecture, URL rewrites, and alternate directories.
  • Analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics tool into an actionable SEO plan.
  • Provide competitive analysis of top ranking competitor sites and ranking of our site.
  • Develop and maintain SEO reports. Aggressively monitor and data-mine the SEO data regularly for increases/dips in performance and identifying new content opportunities.
  • Keyword updates, on-page SEO and landing page optimization suggestions and analysis.
  • Internal linking optimization and external link building. Conceptualize, research, and execute link building campaigns
  • Stay current with all search engine algorithm changes and SEO industry trends. Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to run afoul of search engine guidelines..
  • Specific skills include knowledge of HTML, CSS, blogging platforms;

QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate/Post-graduate in any field.
  • Excellent English communication skill (written /oral)
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years of SEO work experience.
  • Some knowledge of working with HTML, CSS, WordPress, preferred
